This company is a brand that is known for advancing the revolution in home decor by beautifying the residences on every street, in every city, and in every nation.
Our client is a well-known retailer that offers solutions, innovation and customization being their biggest strengths. With a strong retail presence across India, they were expanding stores in various locations and platforms. It was growing its network across a variety of venues for which it needed an advanced, holistic, dependable and robust Billing Report & Support System.
- With increasing stores, transactions and business, client needed a strong, reliable, comprehensive billing system capable of handling and withstanding pressure, demand and data.
- There was a need for smooth, transparent system for handling end to end retail support system.
- The client required technical solution for purchase order issue, payroll, data linking issues, database backup and recovery, maintenance of servers. They required proper management of financial, purchasing and inventory records.
- It was basically a Retail billing report project where the client needed a solution regarding all issues related to Billing.
- That is where we entered to create a smooth flow of events to provide end to end technology solution.

We decided to address the issue by working on all components using the latest technologies. The areas that we covered for providing technical solutions to our client were:
- We used MS Dynamics 2012 R2/R3 for End user support.
- We maintained Async server for commerce data exchange and POS system for card payments at retail locations.
- AX Installation & Configuration and System Administration of Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3 for financial management, security and access to the system.
- We performed Installation of AX POS Store Component essential for retail and SQL server for database.
- We provided solutions for giving Support to Stores on Daily Activities Right from Store Business Start day to End Day, Managing Retail Periodic Discounts, taking care of Inventory issues, Purchase Order Issue, GRN Pulling Issue and maintained HSN code.
- Other problems that we successfully worked on were Deployment and Roll back.
- We worked on Checking Data Syncing Issues between HQ & Store DBs, monitoring of jobs and DB Backup, Recovery & Restore SQL server 2012, 2014 & 2016.
- We implemented solutions for providing the support to the users of Retail stores Across PAN India for any POS and Dynamics related issues during the regular store operations.
- We also understood the business requirements and worked on Issue identification, Issue analysis, Issue resolving, or transferring the issue to the concerned team if not fixed from our end.
- We were overall successful in meeting the client’s demands and streamlining the business process and workflows.
- We used the advanced and latest technologies to build a satisfactory billing report system for our client.
- We used Microsoft Dynamics, Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3 required for building strong retail application combining with CRM and ERP components.
- D365 F&O to build robust Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- SQL Server 16 for storing, accessing, recovery, restoring and backup of database.
